The knowledge in medicine grows continuously. The communication opportunities do the same, especially in the time, when Internet becomes more and more the main communication media. I am a surgeon and ran this weblog with the goal of writing postings, which are interesting for surgeons. Articles, cases, general thoughts about surgical topics and surgical situations should take place on this website. Such a weblog could be maintained by a single person but a community of motivated medical and surgical professionals and students would be more fun.
