		<description>Well done Ivo, i congratulate to this surgical point of view. Another argument to me is that the radiologists do not look after the patient and the clinical outcome but leave this to the surgeons. I think only who does this clinical work should perform eihter the opration or the interventional procedure. radiologists are photographers, but from the very intimate layers of their soul will never become clinical physicians.
